The overall condition of this vessel show a lot of upkeep and maintenance. The owner has had the bottom cleaned, had the zincs replaced every 6 months, and the boat was hauled and the bottom was painted 2 years ago and the owner says the hull is sound. Both engines have been torn down to the core and rebuilt, and have less than 500 hours on them. The engine room is clean and tidy. All of the cabins are in nice shape, and the woodwork looks nice.
The boat is loaded with features, both heads have Vacuflush toilets equipped with electro scan sanitation. There is a 24 gal. per hour water maker, and inverters for AC power while on the water. There are also 2 50 amp shore power ports for usr while docked.
The generator on the boat will need repair, a technician took it apart to make a repair, then disappeared forever. The seller reassembled the unit, but it is inoperative, what will be need to make it run is unknown. The deck and upper hull could use some paint work, there are some stains from leaks on the v-berth cushion, a rail on the flybridge is pulled loose, and the canvas on the flybridge will need some attention.
The fuel tanks have been replaced with 6 aluminum tanks totalling about 700 gallons of fuel, giving this boat superb range.Another excellent upgrade was the replacement of all of the windows on the boat were replaced with 5/8 inch Lexan, including weathering in the afterdeck, an expense of almost $50,000. This looks to be a fine vessel, and it is coming equipped to use, the owner says, she will pass coast guard inspection.
This is a great boat, but the owner will no longer be able to continue using, or maintaining at this level. This lovely vessel, COME AND GET HER!!!
